Victorian Square Paste Locket - Rebekah Brooks Jewelry

Victorian Square Paste Locket

Lockets were a mainstay of the Victorian era and are a favorite of many. The treasures they hold are privy only to the owner and those who are chosen. The stamps inside this particular piece indicate that it was made by Carter, Qvarnstrom & Remington- a very prestigious company in Attleboro MA, circa 199-1922. This charming relic from the turn-of-the century opens from the back flap to reveal an interior compartment with frame to hold your secret memory. The face is ornamented with a floral inspired fleur-de-lis motif accented with sparkling paste stones.
