DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders ship via USPS or insured UPS Ground with signature confirmation. You sdf will be emailed the tracking number when the order ships. Within the US our shipping rates are as follows:
- Under $500: $15
- $500-$1000: $20
- $1000 - $2000: $30
- $2000 - $5000: $40
- $5000 and up: We price according to value
HOW WILL MY ORDER BY SHIPPED?
Your Rebekah Brooks order will be packaged in our lovely brown & cream recycled paper jewelry boxes. Rings ship in black velvet ring boxes. Some larger antique jewelry (like necklaces) ship in larger 'deluxe' velvet boxes suited to their size & splendor.
These pieces all travel in plain padded envelopes, which does not call attention to the fact there are valuable treasures inside!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge $30 for USPS Global Priority with tracking for orders under $1000. Orders over $1000 we price individually based on value & destination. Contact us for more details on interactional pricing.
RETURNS
If you buy jewelry from Rebekah Brooks and it's not what you expected or you're unhappy with it for any reason, you can exchange it within 15 days of purchase for another piece of equal or greater value or for store credit.
For items purchased between Black Friday and Christmas, our return policy is extended through January 15th.
Antique items may be exchanged in original condition within 15 days of purchase date. All exchanged items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE
No returns or exchanges on custom orders. Once a piece has been altered in any way, including ring re-sizing, it is also final sale.
